Is it possible to delete or mute the vocal or other tracks?
Sure. You'll need a sequencing software program to do it. There's an excellent free program called Music Studio Producer. Although it appears it hasn't been updated for a long time, the software will still do the trick, plus many others.
If you need more bells and whistles, there a quite a few good commercial software programs you can use. You can check out our selections here.
