What happens when my membership expires?

As a member, you are not buying our MIDI files. As a matter of fact, even if you buy them you are not buying them. (what?). That's right, you are simply renting (membership) or are being granted license to use them for personal or non-recorded performance use.

When membership comes to expiration, we certainly hope you renew with use. But if you decide not to, you must discontinue using the files for any performances.  Continuing to do so is a violation of our intellectual property rights.

However, you may continue using them if:

1)You pay an annual licensing fee which allows you to continue using any of the files you've already downloaded,

or

2) Purchase the files.  If you are planning to continue using them, compare the cost of renewing membership (and the additional advantages of getting more music) to the licensing fees to determine which is a better value for you.

For example, if you are only using one MIDI file, buy it.  But if you are using 10, licensing is the better way to go.
