CYBERMIDI Version updates explained
When a CYBERMIDI is released, it is given version number 1.0.
However, occasionally, we'll go back and make adjustments. (ever paint a picture and look back at it months later and say "this can be better?") At that point, it gets a new version number and is re-released. A MIDI is never truly finished. We feel the extra time involved is worth it. We hope you do think so too.
Here's a breakdown of version updates:
1.0 Initial release
1.1 Minor bug fixes, corrected patches, events etc, and/or the addition of a CP version or lyrics.
1.5 Major bug fixes...these ones are more noticable
2.0 - Comprehensive rework of the file.
From here, you can see the .1, and .5 releases again if needed.
