I Can't Log In
Are you a new member? After registering you should received 2 emails- one is your receipt, the second is a welcome email with instructions on how to "activate" your account. If you believe you are an active member, the top reasons for login failure are:
1. CAPS LOCK KEY is On. This key is on the left side of your keyboard and on most keyboards has a little light. If it's lit, your caps locks key is On. Press the key to turn it off, then log in again.
2. Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser.
3. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. If your username is "USERNAME", typring "username" will fail authentication.
If our records show correct login information, but a suspended account, you will see an alert on the screen asking for a second log in.
If you are unsure if you are typing in a correct username or password, click Forgot Password and they will be emailed to the email address you have set in your account.
To enable cookies in Internet Explorer, open your browser
b. Go to Tools --> Internet Options
c. Click on the Privacy Tab
d. Set your cookies to Low using the slide bar
e. Hit OK
Please ensure that you are using the most current version of Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, etc.
