What does the "Expiration date" on my membership mean?

Credit Card Customers:

We are only allow to bill customers without further authorization on any particular subscription for 3 years.

So let's say you joined on 1/1/05 as a Gold member.  Your membership would renew on 1/1/06, 1/1/07 and 1/1/08 and you would be billed on those dates.  Membership would expire on 1/1/09 unless you gave us authorization to continue. Of course, you can cancel any time after 1/1/06.

Here is a list of examples for billing and expiration dates for all membership options

  • Copper (monthly membership): Joined 1/1/05.  Expiration date 2/1/08 - expires 1 month after final billing.
  • Bronze (quarterly membership): Joined 1/1/05.  Expiration date 4/1/08 - expires 3 months after final billing.
  • Silver (semi-annual membership): Joined 1/1/05.  Expiration date 6/1/08 - expires 6 months after final billing.
  • Gold (annual membership): Joined 1/1/05.  Expiration date 1/1/09 - expires 1 year after final billing.
  • Platinum (2 year membership): Joined 1/1/05.  Expiration date 1/1/07 - expires in 2 years.  There is no auto-rebill feature in this option.

PAYPAL Customers:

If you paid by PAYPAL., we do not auto-rebill, therefore, your expiration date will reflect the date your membership will expire.  If you intend on renewing, please do so prior to expiration date to avoid service interuption and to retain current pricing structure. (if there is a lapse, and a new pricing structure goes into effect after your intial registration, the new price will be the renewal price).
