You can buy any Select MIDI at http://www.shopcybermidi.com
Members are entitled to discounts on Select MIDIs, and these discounts are generally not even available to the distributor's own customers. Another reason why a CYBERMIDI membership is a great deal!
All Select MIDI are sent in a zipped file. You will need Winzip to extract the files. Winzip can be downloaded at http://www.winzip.com
