I'll been double-billed
Double billing occurs when the customer knowingly, or unknowingly clicks the submit button on an order more than once.
To avoid this from happening, after placing an order, if you received any error messages/page not found errors, etc, do NOT click your back button. Check your email to verify if the order went through. If after 10 minutes you do not receive anything, place your order again.
If for any reason you were double billed, write to sales @ cybermidi DOT com. Be sure to forward one of your email receipts. Let us know if you would like a refund or prefer store credit.
